Julia and Sam first crossed paths in college at West Virginia University, unknowingly sharing mutual friends and overlapping routines. Julia's freshman roommate went to Sam's high school, and she often hung out with other WVU students from his hometown at football games in the "Light Blue Lot." They even went to the Student Rec Center at similar times for years without exchanging a word, despite Julia also working there. They were always around each other, but they never interacted. Then one day, after a little push from her friends, Julia decided to break the silence and ask Sam what his weekend plans were. That simple question turned into conversations, a connection, and eventually, a love story they’re so grateful for.
Our wedding is more than a celebration—it’s a covenant made before God, rooted in faith, and built on love. Our hearts are anchored in the truth that marriage is a reflection of Christ’s love and God’s constant care and provision, just as He will continue to care for and guide us in this new chapter. In every detail, we hope our day reflects the joy, beauty, and holiness of a life joined not just by love, but by the God who created it.
