On a rainy leap day afternoon in 1996, Khorizon was born in the middle of Atlanta, GA. A few months later & hundreds of miles away, John was born in Flowood, MS. Their paths crossed over a decade later at Auburn University, where they met, learned how much they had in common, and began dating a few months after. A mutual respect for each other and a willingness to understand was a great foundation, but so was their shared love of exploration, tinkering, the outdoors, and all sorts of animals. Years went by (6, to be exact), and they enjoyed food, music, and anime together while collecting two dogs, a snake, a graduate degree, a book's worth of recipes, a lifetime of inside jokes, and photo albums full of cherished memories. While strolling through the mall one fateful Black Friday, the two happened upon the perfect ring at the perfect price (gotta love a good deal!) and decided it was the right time to officially become engaged. ========== Now, after 2 years of engagement, we're extremely excited to have you celebrate our marriage with us!
