We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize vendors. However, the deadline will be August 30th, 2025.
We totally understand! We know that destination weddings are not accessible to everyone and we don't want you to stress. If you are unable to attend our wedding, we still love you none the less!
Our wedding is not an all-inclusive event, and we know this might be a bit different from some other destination weddings you’ve attended. We’ve chosen to have a more personalized celebration with specific services and vendors, which means some aspects of the day may not be included in the overall package. We’ve put a lot of thought into curating the experience and ensuring it reflects our experiences and values. Please refer to the "Travel" tab to see our recommended hotels to stay during your stay in Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate the people listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Due to limited numbers & wanting to keep this an adult event only, your children are only invited if named. Your invite will be made out to "The (Your Last Name) Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr & Mrs" if only you and your significant other have been invited.
We have listed preferred hotels in the "travel" tab. The hotel Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach will be the hotel that we have a party block on, for the days of July 2,3rd and 4th. This is the hotel that we recommend everyone to stay at during these dates, as we have booked a shuttle for the wedding events as well as a group discount for everyone. We ask that you please RSVP this hotel, if you are planning to stay here during the selected dates.
We ask that guests be at the location, and seated at least 30 minutes beforehand. We will have a shuttle bus pick-up those who have opted to be a part of the shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back. The actual time of pick up will be determined at a later date. Please refer to the "Schedule" tab to see what time the ceremony starts.
There will be a little area behind the green dumpster, near the pavilion where you can park on the grass if you are not arriving via shuttle.
For color inspiration and to view the wedding theme, please visit the Gallery tab. We kindly encourage guests to dress in formal attire—suits and floor-length gowns are most appropriate. After all, a wedding in Hawaii is a rare and special occasion! We respectfully request that guests refrain from wearing white or colors close to white, allowing the bride to stand out on her special day. We also ask that black be avoided, in favor of softer tones that complement the joyful and elegant atmosphere.
