Please arrive 45 minutes before the ceremony, and have yourself seated by 2:45 PM. 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM COCKTAIL HOUR Enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres & drinks while taking in the beautiful scenery. 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM RECEPTION Our caterers will be serving delicious food while we enjoy the night filled with speeches, and dancing! 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM CLEAN UP Our cleaning crew will begin to clean up the events as per the venues requests.

It was June 6th, 2024—Gabe’s birthday. We had the whole day planned out: a lunch date at Pine Ridge Hollow, followed by some time just walking around and enjoying the space together before our 1:30 reservation. It was supposed to be his day. And in so many ways, it was… just not in the way I expected. Since it was his birthday, Gabe was vlogging everything—snapping photos, filming little moments, just capturing the day as it unfolded. That’s kind of his thing, so I didn’t think much of it. Every time he set his phone up, I assumed it was just for a cute picture or a quick video to remember the day. I didn’t catch on. Not even a little. We were walking together, soaking in the peace of the place, when he set up his phone again—just like the other times. But this time felt different. He came over to me, wrapped me in a hug, and said, “If I had the chance to do it in a different lifetime, I’d still choose you. But for now, I want to do this with you forever.” And before I could fully process what he said, he pulled away just enough to drop down on one knee. He looked up at me with that steady, familiar gaze and asked, “Will you marry me?” If you know me, you'd probably think I’d scream yes on the spot. But in that moment, I was completely frozen—gagged, honestly. Speechless. It felt like the world stopped spinning for a second. My heart was racing, my mind was spinning, and all I could do was just be in that moment. But then, through the swirl of surprise and emotion, I found my words. “Yes.” The easiest “yes” I’ve ever had to make.
