Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Cocktail Hour

Beer, wine, and champagne provided

Reception, Dinner, and Dance

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Salad: Endive Salad, with shaved pear, candied pecans, watercress, chopped parsley, shaft blue cheese, and champagne vinaigrette served with rustic rolls and whipped butter Plated entree: Grill Swordfish with a Szechuan peppercorn sauce or Butternut squash ravioli, with browned-butter, sage, and shaved parmesan Accompaniments: "elote" polenta cake root vegetables Wedding Cake: Our wedding cake will be a lemon cake, vanilla creme filling, raspberry, and vanilla mousse.
