Charlottesville's Historic Downtown Mall

Carter Mountain Orchard and Country Store

Shenandoah National Park

The closest entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 30 minutes from Charlottesville, but the best hikes are a 60-90 minute drive. Just driving along Skyline Drive is beautiful. Favorite hikes include: Rose River, Dark Hollow Falls, Blackrock Summit, Bearfence Rock Scramble, White Oak Canyon, and Mary's Rock (where we got engaged!).
