Question
When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 14th, 2025 @ 11:59 PM. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date/time, we cannot make exceptions and we will have to mark you as "Not Attending." We need to provide the reception venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand ♡

What time is the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 2:00 PM at the Shrine Church of Our Lady of the Rockies. The reception will follow at 4:30 PM at The Vista, located at 1988 Olympic Way, Canmore, Alberta ♡

What time should I/we arrive at the ceremony and the venue?
Answer
Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself enough time to park your vehicle and find a seat. The reception will be open at 4:30 PM, and guests are welcome to arrive then. However, if you have planned to arrive later, please arrive no later than 5:00 PM ♡

What should I/we wear?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with you! Please remember, no whites, as the bride will be wearing white. We also ask that you skip the jeans and sneakers for this special day. To help with your outfit choice, feel free to refer to the color scheme/palette presented at the top of this page. Formal or semi-formal attire in these colors will be perfect. We cannot wait to see you all dressed up and ready to celebrate this special day with us ♡

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. The wedding will take place in the beautiful Canmore, Alberta, surrounded by stunning mountain views. While August tends to be warm, we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater just in case, as temperatures can vary ♡

What are the parameters in taking photos or videos during the wedding?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we want you all to be present with us in this special moment. We will have professional photographers and videographers capturing the ceremony for us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like ♡

Where should I/we park?
Answer
For the ceremony, held at The Shrine Church of Our Lady of the Rockies in Canmore, there will be plenty of parking available on-site for guests. For the reception, held at The Vista, which is located within the Canmore Nordic Centre, parking will be available, however, you will need to purchase a 'Conservation Parking Pass.' This pass helps preserve the area's natural environment and be sure to display your pass while parking. Once the dates are available, you can purchase the pass through https://conservationpass.alberta.ca/kcp. *Please note that if you park in the Kananaskis Conservation Area, first-time violators will only receive a warning, but second-time offenders will be fined.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who have been formally invited. If "plus one" has been acknowledged, it will addressed within the subject line of the email invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding ♡

Are we allowed to bring our child/children?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family and friends who are part of our wedding party ♡

What if I/we cannot make it?
Answer
Your presence will surely be missed! If any invited guest(s) are not able to attend, please RSVP, "Regretfully Decline." If you have originally planned to attend and have RSVP'd, but find that you can no longer make it, please notify and contact us immediately ♡
