Things To Do

Welcome to Santa Barbara! Here are a few of our favorite spots in town.

Santa Barbara Downtown

Santa Barbara, CA

Walk State Street, Santa Barbara’s vibrant downtown, filled with boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes. (CAJE and Dune Coffee Roasters are highly recommended!)

Stearns Wharf

217 Stearns Wharf, Santa Barbara, CA 93101

The oldest working wharf in California, Stearns Wharf offers great views, fresh seafood, and fun shops. Grab ice cream from The Great Pacific Ice Cream Co. or enjoy fresh uni (sea urchin) at Santa Barbara Shellfish Company.

The Funk Zone

137 Anacapa Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101

Check out The Funk Zone, an artsy neighborhood with murals, wine tasting rooms, and craft breweries - top spots are Santa Barbara Wine Collective and Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co.

Old Mission Santa Barbara

2201 Laguna Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93105

Nicknamed the "Queen of the Missions," the Old Mission Santa Barbara showcases stunning Spanish architecture and peaceful gardens. Mission Rose Garden boasts over 1,500 rose bushes in full bloom during spring.

Butterfly Beach

Montecito, CA 93108

If you have some extra time to check it out, Butterfly Beach is known as one of the most scenic beaches in Santa Barbara, ideal for a sunset stroll or morning coffee walk. (Technically in Montecito but right on the edge!)
