Through every twist, turn, and unknown, this verse reminds us that God’s plan is always bigger than ours. And as we journey together, we’ve found that trusting Him and having each other’s backs makes every step of life feel purposeful, hopeful, and overflowing with love. We first met in undergrad at Trine University, a small school where Nick played basketball and Joslynn played volleyball. What started as a simple friendship quickly grew into a partnership rooted in love, support, and encouragement. Over the years, we’ve celebrated victories, faced challenges, and grown closer together through every season of life. Joslynn’s journey through a doctorate in physical therapy and her career as a neuro PT, alongside Nick’s path through the police academy and his work as a detective, tested us in different ways. Through it all, we learned to lean on each other and trust that every challenge was part of God’s bigger plan. Along the way, Zeus, our now two-year-old pup, joined our family, bringing joy, laughter, and just enough chaos to make each day brighter. Our faith has also given us a foundation to grow not just as a couple, but as individuals. Settling into a church community in Fort Wayne has been transformative, giving us a sense of home, purpose, and a shared spiritual journey that continues to strengthen our bond. Every adventure we’ve shared, big or small, has been a reminder of God’s guidance and the blessings of walking this path together. At the heart of it all, we are partners, best friends, and teammates. Our love is built on trust, faith, and friendship, and it continues to deepen with every day we spend together. As we take this next step together, our hearts are full of gratitude for everyone who has supported us along the way.
