Question

When is the latest I can RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 1st, 2024. You can RSVP directly on this website on the RSVP section by typing in your name and accepting or declining each event.

Question

What day should I arrive & depart?

Answer

We recommend arriving on Wednesday, May 8th. We will be hosting a welcome party that evening and would love for each of you to join. You are welcome to depart any day after the wedding. The bride and groom will be departing the hotel on Sunday, May 12th.

Question

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes, you will need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. Nexus or Global Entry cards are valid for your RETURN to the US, but not to enter Mexico. Please ensure your passport is valid or apply for a new one as soon as possible.

Question

What hotel should I book and how?

Answer

We have a room block reserved at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos in San José del Cabo. You must book your room via our custom link in order to count towards the room block. Please see the “book your travel” section for instructions to book your hotel.

Question

Can I stay at a different hotel or a private home?

Answer

We highly encourage you to stay at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos in order to spend the most time with the Bride & Groom. If you choose to stay at a different location, you will need to pay a daily entrance fee for any events taking place at the hotel. You will also need to meet at the hotel for transportation to & from the wedding venue or coordinate your own ride.

Question

When do I need to book my room by?

Answer

The last day to reserve rooms in our block is March 24, 2024 (Based on availability). After March 24, you will still be able to book a room, but availability will not be guaranteed so please try to book ahead of that date.

Question

Why is my room a different price if I enter 1 person vs. 2 people?

Answer

The room rates are per person, not per room because they calculate based on intake of included food & beverage per person. Room rates will differ depending on number of people per room. You will not be able to have more people in a room than you disclose at booking because each person will be required to have a wristband at check-in and only the number or people on the room will be given a wristband.
