Maid of Honor
Elantra and I have been friends since high school, which means she has seen every awkward phase, questionable outfit, and bad decision—and somehow still chose to stand by me. From late-night talks and inside jokes to growing up (slightly) and figuring out life together, she’s been my constant through it all.
Bridesmaid
Carrie and I met at work, where we were quickly bonded by a truly horrible staffing shortage, shared side-eyes across the room, and the mutual understanding that this could not be our forever. Between surviving that experience, growing up (reluctantly), navigating questionable relationships, and making it out the other side mostly intact, she became so much more than a coworker. She’s been my partner in vent sessions, life lessons, and tequila-fueled debriefs—and I wouldn’t have wanted to go through any of it without her. I’m so grateful for her friendship and so lucky to have her standing by my side today.
Groomsman
Officiant
Tina is a cousin by blood but an aunt by nature. When we talked about getting married, I told Ty it had always been my dream for my Grandpa to perform the ceremony. Sadly, we lost him in 2020. I searched my heart for someone who could possibly fill that role, and only one person made sense.
Forever Our Officiant in Spirit
Grandpa Burt was meant to officiate our wedding, a role he would have taken on with pride, love, and probably a perfectly timed joke. We shared a mutual love of toast, a strong and unwavering hatred of snakes, and a bond that still shapes who I am today. Though he isn’t standing here with us, his spirit, humor, and love are woven into every part of this day. We know he’s here in all the ways that matter.
Ring Bearer
Meet Grandma Ruthann, our ring bearer and the most trusted person in the room. With years of love, wisdom, and keeping families in line, she’s been officially promoted to guarding the most important items of the day.
Flower Girl
Meet Grandma Dorothy, our flower girl and the undeniable source of where I get my crazy. Known for her big heart, bigger personality, and a household that’s basically an animal sanctuary, she brings joy, laughter, and a little bit of chaos wherever she goes. If petals are tossed with extra flair—or an animal somehow makes an appearance—just know it’s all part of the magic. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
Flower Girl
Meet Grandma Meanie, our flower girl. She’s been cheering me on long before wedding planning ever began, and having her in this role is one of the most special parts of our day.
Father of the Bride
Meet Craig, the original protector, lifelong supporter, and resident outdoorsman. When he’s not somewhere in the woods, practicing archery, or talking about his next outdoor adventure, he’s probably hanging out with his dog, Al—who he loves slightly more than me. Craig has spent a lifetime teaching life lesson, offered steady guidance, and shown up in all the ways that matter most. Loud, strong, endlessly loyal, and always dependable (kinda like Al), he’s been my constant through every season of life. Today, he proudly stands beside me—before heading back outside.
Mother of the Bride
Meet Julie, the incredible woman who has raised me, helped plan this wedding, and somehow kept her sanity intact along the way. She’s a master of eye rolls, full of wisdom (and the occasional unsolicited advice), and somehow always knows what’s happening behind the scenes. Her love, support, and sense of humor have made this day—and my life—so much brighter.
Florist
I met Kimberly at a random party, and we just clicked—like puzzle pieces that didn’t even know they were missing each other. She is a gifted artist whose talent shines not only in the stunning bouquet she created for me but in every floral and artistic detail for the wedding party. Beyond her creativity, she shows up for people—often before they even ask for help—and is always one of the first to lend an ear, a kind word, or a much-needed laugh. We’re lucky to have her love, talent, and generosity brightening our day.
