Things To Do

Santa Fe is an enchanting little city full many great galleries, museums and delicious restaurants. Here are just a few of our favorite places and some of the hot spots in town.

The Santa Fe Plaza

63 Lincoln Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87501

The Santa Fe Plaza is a National Historic Landmark and also the heart of the city with trees, park benches, a bandstand, artisan & food stands. From here you can peruse the Native American sellers with jewelry and pottery on the sidewalk in front of the Palace of the Governors (Fun Fact: The Palace of the Governors is four centuries old, a National Historic Landmark AND NM's oldest museum!). Saint Francis Cathedral is just down the street the Plaza, the historic La Fonda Hotel (go up to the Bell Tower for a margarita and spectacular views!) plus the Georgia O'Keefe Museum, NM Museum of Art and Gruet Tasting Room are within walking distance.

Gruet Winery Santa Fe Tasting Room

210 Don Gaspar Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87501
, (505) 989-9463

Poppin' bottles! Adam and I simply adore a great bottle of champagne and Gruet's Blanc de Blanc and Rosé are two of our favorites. Grab a seat and order a flight!

Adam's Hiking Tours

There are tons of hiking trails around the Santa Fe area and Adam is quickly becoming an expert hiker. Join Adam as he guides you a scenic path, marveling at the beautiful vistas that Santa Fe has to offer. Be sure to bring some comfortable walking shoes, water and a snack!

Joshua & The Santa Fe Margarita Trail

Join Joshua on Saturday as he leads you down the Santa Fe Margarita Trail! You will be given the official Santa Fe Margarita Trail Passport where 45 of the best margaritas will be mapped out. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, slather on the SPF before we set out on this adventure!

Santa Fe Antiques

1006 Marquez Place, Santa Fe, NM 87505
, (505) 982-0017

This is one of Joshua's favorite places! A treasure trove of jewelry, books, knick knacks, art, clothing - bring your wallet and a good 2 hours to explore it all. Be sure to say "Hi!" to John & Everett!

Ojo Santa Fe Spa & Resort

242 Los Pinos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87507
, 8779778212

Ojo Santa Fe is a little oasis in the middle of, what feels like, nowhere. Saltwater pool, spa, thermal water hot tubs, restaurant, hiking trails, disc golf, hatchet throwing, there is just about something for everyone to enjoy.

Wine & Chile Fiesta

Santa Fe, NM 87501

A five day event featuring 90 national wineries pairing up with Santa Fe's best restaurants for cooking demos, wine seminars and winery luncheons and dinners. Sounds like the perfect festival for Adam and Joshua's wedding celebration weekend!

Tomasita's

500 South Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501
, (505) 983-5721

Tomasita's is one of Santa Fe's most famous restaurants and well worth the visit. It is just a short walk from the Santa Fe Plaza which makes it the perfect lunch spot or just pop in for a refreshing margarita. Best nachos in Santa Fe, hands down.

Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm

4803 Rio Grande Boulevard Northwest, Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, NM 87107
, (505) 344-9297

If you have a day to spare then be sure to check out all of the lavender goodness at Los Poblanos! Shop for all things lavender: lavender salt, lavender sugar, lotion, shampoos all sourced from their farm. Pop over to Campo, the onsite restaurant, for a bite and be sure to order a lavender margarita or the Lavender '99.

Meow Wolf

1352 Rufina Circle, Santa Fe, NM 87507
, (505) 395-6369

Meow Wolf is a Santa Fe, New Mexico based arts and entertainment group that established in 2008 as an art collective and is rapidly growing into a leader in the immersive art world. Meow Wolf’s Santa Fe experience is House of Eternal Return, an immersive story-driven experience centering around a mysterious house and the family who lived there. House of Eternal Return is a fully-interactive experience with sounds, visuals, video games and many other points of interactivity to explore and share with friends and family. It's the No.1 Instagrammed spot in New Mexico and across the multiverse!

Canyon Road

Canyon Road, Santa Fe, NM 87501

Art and galleries and studios - oh, my! Strolling Canyon Road is a must, gaze upon some amazing art pieces, stumble into a gallery opening and pop into El Farol for a beverage and stay for the flamenco dancing.

Georgia O'Keeffe Museum

217 Johnson Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501
, (505) 946-1000

This is such a great showcase of Georgia O'Keeffe's work - take a stroll and get inspired! Oh, and the gift shop is 5 stars.
