General Info on When to Arrive and Depart For The Weekend

ARRIVAL: If you ARE in the rehearsal dinner, you'll arrive and check-in the afternoon of Friday the 13th. (Onsite check-in is 3pm; Best Western Plus check-in is 4pm.) Rehearsal dinner is at 6pm. If you're NOT in the rehearsal dinner, we still love you. If you want to arrive on Friday, we'll have welcome drinks open to everyone, after the rehearsal dinner, at 9pm. Then you can check out the area on Saturday, before joining us for the ceremony at 5pm. But if you'd prefer to skip all that and just show up on Saturday, that's totally fine! DEPARTURE: Technically, the wedding ends at 10pm Saturday night. But we'll also have a little campfire/wind-down afterwards. Then on Sunday, we'll have a totally optional leisure activity - probably apple picking. So realistically, you'll be heading home Sunday morning at the earliest.

There are several lodging options in the area, but we strongly suggest the Best Western Plus Concordville. It's 5 minutes away and we'll have pre-arranged transport between this hotel and the venue. Lodging For Direct Family & Wedding Party: The Inn at Grace Winery

Our venue, Grace Winery, is also a small inn. IF WE CONTACTED YOU about staying at the winery (This probably means you're direct family or in the bridal party), this is the place. ALL OF OUR OTHER LOVELY GUESTS - you'll want to use our room block at Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel. IF YOUR NAME IS MATT FOLEY AND YOU ARE A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER - you'll be sleeping in a van down by the river.

Ground Option 1: Driving or Carpooling in (Ideal for most of our guests)

If you're in/near NYC, it's about a 2-hour drive. If you HAVE space to share in your car and you don't mind saving a few bucks on gas, please let us know. If you NEED a lift to Glen Mills from NYC, and don't mind chipping in for gas, please let us know. As the date approaches, we'll match people up as needed.

Ground Option 2: Public Transportation from NYC

Driving or carpooling is recommended. But if you prefer public transportation from NYC, there are three options: Amtrack, NJ Transit, or a bus. All 3 of these options get you to 30th Street Station, which is Philly's transport hub. From there, you can take a taxi or local transportation Amtrak to Glen Mills. Flying In - Option 1: Philadelphia Airport

For guests flying in, this airport is only 25 minutes from the hotel and venue. But try to make sure it's a direct flight, or at least not stopping through Newark. If it does stop through Newark, the length of the layover should determine whether you just drive from Newark instead.

Flying In - Option 2: Newark International Airport

Newark Airport is about 2 hours from the venue/hotel, much further away than Philadelphia Airport. However, being located between Philly and NYC, it may make sense if you intend to visit the NYC area during your trip. Newark may also offer additional flight options not available to Philadelphia Airport.

Flying In - Option 3: Other NYC Airports

Depending on your travel plans, you can certainly fly into JFK or La Guardia, the other two NYC airports. They're perfectly fine. But this will put you much further from the wedding, which is just outside Philadelphia.
