Wedding Party

Zachary Hawkins

Best Man

Standing proudly as the best man is not only one of the groom's best friends, but also one of his greatest accomplishments—his son. Zachary is a current student at Princess Anne Middle School and excels both in the classroom and on the basketball court. More than just family, he's a source of pride, and a reminder of the love that has shaped this day. With loyalty, humor, and heartfelt words, he represents not only the groom’s past, but also the bright future their family will continue to share.

Christie Kummers

Matron of Honor

Standing by the bride’s side as her matron of honor is her sister, Christie. She has been a lifelong confidant and partner-in-crime. From childhood memories to countless shared milestones, she has always been there. Today, she takes her place as a guiding hand and big sister, a bond built on laughter and family.

Daniel Hudson

Groomsman

Standing by the groom’s side is someone who has been more than a friend—he’s been family in every way that matters. Daniel and Josh first met at Lynnhaven Middle School and have shared in milestones, laughter, challenges, and triumphs that have shaped the groom’s journey. His loyalty, support, and unwavering bond make him the perfect choice to stand in this honored role, celebrating not only the marriage, but also the decades of friendship that led to this moment.

Brooke VonFricken

Bridesmaid

Brooke and the bride first met during their college years at JMU forming a lasting friendship. From late-night study sessions (wink wink) to celebrating life’s biggest moments together. Whether on the phone or traveling together, Brooke has been by the bride’s side no matter the distance or time. Today, she proudly stands as a bridesmaid, honored to celebrate this new chapter with her best friend.

Palmer Hawkins

Daughter of the Groom

The groom’s daughter Palmer holds a special place in today’s celebration, carrying with her the love, pride, and joy of her father’s heart. As a 5th grade student at Red Mill Elementary School, she excels in both the classroom and art. Her presence adds immeasurable meaning to this day, reminding everyone that marriage is not only the joining of two people, but the weaving together of families and futures.
