What travel docs do I need?
Answer
First bring your passport or you will be on a solo vacation at the airport. If you need to apply for a passport or renew your passport allow yourself at least 60 days.

What should I expect at the Cancun Airport?
Answer
When you land at the Cancun airport you will be directed to customs where you will show your passport and may be asked a few common questions such as, what resort are you staying at and for how many days. After going through customs you will head through a duty free shopping area and then to baggage claim. Once you have collected your luggage you will head to your pre arranged private transportation. Please continue walking past all the rental car and taxi services until you are outside. Once outside you will locate the transportation company who will escort you to your vehicle. Then it is a quick 30 minute drive to paradise!!!

What are some extra items I should bring with me to the resort?
Answer
The sun can be hot so make sure to bring your sunblock, aloe, hats, mini travel fans and handheld umbrella. Guests are allowed to bring to the beach and pools their own floats, toys and drink tumblers. Your frozen drink will thank you! Most resorts do not provide straws for drinks to protect the environment, so bringing a tumbler with a straw is a plus. While in the water you may want to bring a water proof phone bag for pictures. It can also be breezy so towel clips are an easy way to keep your towel in place. No need to bring your own towel. Getting a good seat at the pool can be a tricky game, we suggest claiming your chair first in the morning then heading out and about.

Tipping is not required but the staff is working hard for your enjoyment, if you choose so please bring small bills such as 1s and 5s.

Will there be gambling?
Answer
We will be organizing competitive but friendly LRC or left right center games at night, please bring your dollar bills to play! First timers we will teach you.

How to schedule resort activities?
Answer
If you are interested in scheduling an appointment at the spa, enjoy the dolphin exhibit or a round of golf you will need to contact the resort directly. The resort suggests scheduling these activities prior to your arrival.
