After a friend pointed out that Josh was often by himself on the bus, Kaity decided to introduce herself and invite him into her group of friends. After about two years of friendship, the two finally started to develop feelings for each other. They began to pass notes back and forth everyday, just to have a little extra time to talk, and passing a world small stress ball back and forth as an effort to help keep the conversations going. The relationship continued to grow until they finally got together at Elephant Rock State Park on May 16, 2013. Through years of long distance relationships as they struggled through college, they used their love as a sense of strength to get them through the hardest assignments and exams. The two are now excited to start their new life as husband and wife while keeping Jesus at the forefront of their marriage. The only thing left for them now will be to finally get to live out their happily ever after that they have been dreaming about now for about seven years.
