We've carefully planned our guest list to celebrate with our closest family and friends. If your invitation includes your guest's name or says "and Guest," we'd be delighted to celebrate with both of you! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend on your own. Thank you so much for understanding!
Yes! We've reserved room blocks at the Embassy Suites Downtown Indianapolis and the Conrad Indianapolis for our guests. You'll find booking links and additional travel information on the Travel page of our website. We recommend booking early, as rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to enjoy a fun and memorable evening together. Thank you so much for understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Our dress code is Black Tie Optional. Guests are invited to wear elegant evening attire for a memorable night of celebration. Tuxedos and formal suits are encouraged for gentlemen, while ladies may choose from floor-length gowns, formal dresses, or refined cocktail dresses that feel elevated and evening-appropriate. We look forward to celebrating together in style!
Absolutely! We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration. Your RSVP will include meal options and an opportunity to note any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please provide any necessary details when you respond so we can accommodate your needs.
For guests traveling from out of town, we recommend flying into Indianapolis International Airport (IND). It is the closest airport to our wedding venues and offers convenient access to downtown Indianapolis and our recommended hotels.
While we will not be providing transportation, all wedding locations and hotel accommodations are conveniently located within walking distance of one another in downtown Indianapolis. If you choose to drive, parking is available for guests attending the ceremony at the Indiana Statehouse, and paid parking options are available near the reception venue. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout downtown Indianapolis.
While we hope for a beautiful winter evening, February in Indiana can bring colder temperatures. We recommend bringing a coat or warm layer to stay comfortable throughout the evening. A coat check will be available at the reception for your convenience.
