2020 has been a garbage year and that has highlighted everything that makes our relationship so special. It's not enough to choose someone you love these days - you have to be willing to trust them to watch your back as you survive the apocalypse together, too. We've found that in each other. It's pretty incredible that even after a year of being trapped in the apartment we not only still love each other, but still have fun together. We're each other's foundation in the storm, we can always make each other smile, and we know (for a fact at this point) that no matter what life throws at us we're better off handling it together. That's why we decided not to wait until the end of the pandemic to tie the knot. Sure, this year has been a dumpster fire, but we're ending the year on a positive note and looking forward to the future as we set out on our next adventure - together.
