Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Upon arrival, you will be directed where to park by the parking attendants provided.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 6:30 pm. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes (6:00 pm) prior to ensure time to park, admire the decorations and pick a seat! Please keep in mind of evening, weekday traffic and distance to the venue from your hotel!

Do you have hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes, to accommodate our many out of town guests, we've booked a few hotel blocks within the area. Visit the Travel & Places to Stay tab to see details on each hotel option. If you have any trouble booking or there are no more rooms, please let us know so that we can add additional rooms and help!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on a Friday evening in June. Formal/Cocktail dress is requested, but please dress comfortably as North Carolina heat is no joke :)

How can I communicate any dietary restrictions for my meal?

Answer

You will have the option to include this in your RSVP card, so please let us know if you have any allergies or need any special accommodations (vegetarian, vegan, dairy free etc.) and we will do our best to get you what you need!

How far is the venue from the airport?

Answer

Highgrove Estates is in small town, Fuquay-Varina right outside of the Triangle (RDU). It is approximately 30-35 minutes from the RDU International Airport. It is also approximately 15-20 minutes from where we live in Cary/Raleigh. Blocked Hotels vary between 10 to 20 minutes away from both the venue and RDU airport for your convenience!

What type of weather should I pack for?

Answer

North Carolina isn't always consistent with its seasons unfortunately. However, in June temperatures typically range from the high 50's to low 80's. Make sure you check the forecast a week in advance for an accurate range, but you should be safe with 1 outfit for summer and 1 for fall!
