For those flying in or planning to stay, there are multiple hotels or rentals in the area. New Smyrna Beach is not big and anything within the city would be no more than a 20-25 minute drive. Per our venue coordinator, it is an accessible area for ubers/taxis and you can leave your vehicle overnight if needed. They just ask that you retrieve your vehicle the next morning before they begin setting up for the next event.
