You can RSVP right on the wedding website! No need to mail in a RSVP
Cocktail attire - Gentlemen should think about wearing a nice pair of dress pants or khaki pants and a button down shirt or even a nice polo is appropriate. If gentlemen wish to wear a blazer, sport coat, or suit jacket, that is okay but not mandatory. Ladies would be recommended to wear a cocktail dress or dressy separates. *Please no jeans or other casual wear
The wedding will take place inside St. Stephen Church (not air conditioned but will have fans), and the reception will be inside at Ventosa Vineyards (air conditioned)
Guests will have to supply their own transportation to the church for the ceremony
There will be a shuttle provided that leaves from Fairfield Suites from 4:00pm-6:00pm to bring guests to Ventosa, and then there will be a shuttle to bring guests back from Ventosa to Fairfield Suites from 9:30pm-11:30pm. Guests may also choose to use their own vehicles to drive to Ventosa and back. There is a large parking lot!
The church ceremony starts a 2:00pm. It is recommended to arrive 15-20min ahead of the start time of the ceremony so you can get settled in your seats.
Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00pm. You may show up to Ventosa early and enjoy a wine tasting or they have the cafe available if you need a bite to eat (wine tastings are done at 5:00pm and the cafe closes at 6:00pm)
At St. Stephen Church, a handicap parking lot is available right in front of the church for those that need it. There is a larger parking lot on Elmwood Ave that is not far from the church next to a school. Street parking is available but limited. At Ventosa, there is a large parking lot for guests to park at or they can take advantage of the shuttle that brings guests to Ventosa from the Fairfield Suites!
Yes! At St. Stephen Church, there is a handicapped parking lot right in front with an entrance adjacent to this parking lot. At Ventosa, there is handicapped parking spots in the parking lot, and there are ramps to aid with getting inside the venue.
The wedding party will be taking pictures in between the ceremony and reception. We understand that there is a bit of a gap between the ceremony and reception. We recommend that you can go back to the hotel to freshen up, check out some of our suggestions under the "things to do" tab on this website, or you may show up to Ventosa early and enjoy a wine tasting or they have the cafe available if you need a bite to eat (wine tastings are done at 5:00pm and the cafe closes at 6:00pm)
Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, not everyone can have a plus one. Your invitation will indicate if you are given a plus one. If your invitation does not indicate that you have a plus one (may state "and guest") then we can not allow you to bring a plus one. Our venue has strict guidelines in regard to guest capacity.

Yes! We would love for you to take photos, but please be sure to share them with us! We do ask during the ceremony to please refrain from taking photos. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our day!
Please let us know if you have any restrictions, and we will work with you, as well as, the venue to accommodate
There will be a shuttle from Fairfield Suites to Ventosa from 4:00pm-6:00pm, and then from Ventosa to Fairfield Suites from 9:30pm-11:30pm. There is no shuttle available for guests to and from the ceremony at St. Stephen Church.
