Samantha and Joshua met in Tampa, Florida, and from the very beginning, everything felt easy. Their first date took them to Hyppo Pops, where what was meant to be a simple outing turned into hours of conversation about life, dreams, and everything in between. They talked until it felt impossible to say goodbye, and by the next morning, they were already planning their second date. From that point on, they rarely left each other’s side. What started as an instant connection quickly grew into something steady, supportive, and full of laughter. It didn’t take long for both of them to know this was something special. Now, they’re so excited to celebrate the beginning of forever together, surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.

We'd love for you to stay with us at Sugar Hollow Retreat for the wedding weekend. One of the reasons we chose this venue is because it gives us the opportunity to spend more than just a few hours together. With many of our family and friends traveling from out of state, staying on the property allows us to slow down, spend quality time together, and enjoy the entire weekend, not just the wedding day. For guests staying on-site, your stay includes accommodations, gourmet meals, and full access to the retreat and its amenities. Whether you'd like to spend your time relaxing by the lake, exploring the trails, kayaking, or simply enjoying the mountain views, there's something for everyone. Amenities include: - Private access to Watauga Lake - Hiking trails throughout the property - Kayaking - Private decks for yoga and relaxation - Access to the full retreat grounds and gathering spaces Meals include: - Friday night cookout (Prepared by the couple + friends) - Saturday Morning Brunch - Saturday Rehearsal Dinner - Sunday Morning Brunch - Sunday Cocktail Hour - Sunday Dinner If you're able, we encourage you to make a weekend of it with us.
