The bride, groom, and immediate family will be checking into the venue at 4PM ET on Wednesday to begin preparations for the event. If you'd like to arrive later on Wednesday evening to take advantage of a longer weekend and the beautiful scenery, please let us know! However, know we will be busy preparing for the event. We're unable to provide meals or entertainment on Wednesday, or Thursday —the "official" day of arrival. If you want to lend a hand in preparation, we would certainly welcome it! Not expected, but always appreciated.

Willkommen! Bienvenue! Welcome! For those arriving on Thursday, whether you're staying onsite or nearby in Hunter / Tannersville, join us at Stoney Clove anytime! If you're not able to join us until Friday, that's totally cool! We'll likely be making preparations for the next day's events, so please excuse our lack of personal availability on Thursday. We'll find and greet you as soon as possible! The "rehearsal" dinner will be immediate family only —not that we don't love you all as family. :) We encourage you to connect with other guests to arrange dinner together, or individually if you prefer. Activities and dining recommendations to come.

The morning and noon of our wedding, we'll be providing a catered breakfast and lunch from local restaurants. Grab a chair, or grab and go! We'll be getting ready for our big day.

Join us for Jackie and Josh's wedding ceremony, followed by reception festivities! Please find a seat between 4:30-4:45PM. The ceremony will begin at 5PM, and will be officiated by our close friend, novelist and swell fellow, Ryan Matthews. After the ceremony, at roughly 5:30PM, join us for cocktail hour with exquisitely-catered light bites. Dinner seating will begin at 6:30PM, with the couple's first dance at 6:50PM. Our dinner buffet will open at 7PM. Dinner will be followed by dancing and revelry. We've booked world-renowned DJ "Spotify Playlist" to ramp our evening into a crescendo of flailing legs, and bird-like hoots.

Let's change from formal wear into comfies, and keep the party going! We can sit around one of the multiple onsite fire-pits, and cap the night off with some laughs together.

Join us for breakfast! We'll have a local diner cater Saturday morning. If you're an early riser, feel free to check out one of the local coffee spots.
12:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We're going to be chilling onsite all day Saturday! Drink some brews, burn a sacrificial offering, and house a burger or five. We'd love to spend as much time with you as possible on Saturday, as this weekend is truly about you! In Jackie's biz, this is called unstructured playtime. And we think this is the perfect application. If desired, find a local hiking trail, enjoy quaint Hunter, or have some "you" time in the Catskills.
