How should I RSVP for the new wedding date?

Answer

Just click the RSVP tab above! Even if you had sent us an RSVP card for our original wedding date, we ask that you RSVP here (even if your response hasn't changed!)

What precautions will the venue have in place to keep guests safe from COVID-19?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place outside Pleasant Hill Mansion. All dining tables will be placed 6 ft apart. We are not requiring masks, but you are more than welcome to wear one for your comfort. Dinner will be served cafeteria-style by a wait staff who will all wear masks and have their temperatures checked day-of. We have limited our guest list to ensure that we only use half of the venue capacity. If you have any further questions, please contact us! We know that these are confusing and stressful times, and we want to make sure that all guests feel comfortable in their decision to attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Brentwood (Discounted rates are offered if you book through our link. Check the "Travel" tab.) Make sure you book before October 12 to be included in our hotel block.

Question

What will happen to the hotel reservation that I had for May?

Answer

If you booked a room in our hotel block for our original wedding weekend, your reservation will transfer to our new wedding weekend in November (for example: a Friday-Sunday reservation will be transferred to Friday-Sunday in November.) If the new reservation does not work, you can call the Hilton Garden Inn to make any necessary changes. Please see the "Travel" tab for contact information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! While we strongly recommend taking an Uber or Lyft, there are some parking spots behind Pleasant Hill Mansion. You will receive directions at the gate when you arrive!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our ceremony is Semi-Formal. Suits and cocktail dresses are perfect!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner at the reception will be served buffet-style and will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrive to the Governor’s Club at least 10 to 15 minutes to ensure you have time to get through the gate.
