Welcome to Our Wedding FAQ! Pls keep scrolling down, there are a bunch here! We’re so excited to celebrate with you! To help make your experience as smooth as possible, we’ve put together answers to some common questions. If you don’t find what you’re looking for here, feel free to reach out. We can’t wait to see you on our special day!

Are children allowed?

Answer

We would love everybody to be there but unfortunately we can only accommodate children that are part of the entourage and close family members. Please refer to your invitation for your reserved number of seats. If your kids are invited, we want to remind you that this is an early morning wedding and you know your kids better than we do. We kindly request that you keep this in mind when you RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one?

We will indicate in your invitation if a plus one is possible.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be held at an outdoor garden beside the reception hall.

What is the wedding itinerary?

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes, there will be a cocktail hour at 10 am before the main reception which includes lunch. We recommend that you gear up for a fun celebration by having a good breakfast.

There is a parking lot for both the church and reception area.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, there will be cocktail hour at 10 am at Hillcreek Gardens. This will be followed by the reception at the Grand Ballroom.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Strictly semi-formal to formal. No T-shirts, no Polo shirts, no slippers, no shorts, no jeans. For the ladies.... if you don't want the matron of honor to spill wine on you... please DO NOT WEAR WHITE ... we warned you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are part of the entourage, please refer to details provided by our coordinator. All other guest can arrive 30 mins before the ceremony and reception. Processional March will strictly start at 7:30 AM.

Have you reserve hotel room block?

Answer

We did not. However, hotel rooms at the reception place are discounted for our guest. Please contact us for details on how to get the discount.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will be cool during the morning but will be hot in the afternoon. Both the ceremony and reception are all indoors with air-conditioning. Pray with us that it will be a sunny cool day! Thank you!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Guests could RSVP through this website or through our coordinator. Pls RSVP on/before March 5, 2025. It is important for us that you do. Any changes of plans, pls let us know as early as possible.

Can I take photos?

Answer

Of course! Please take lots of memorable photos. However, we ask our guests to refrain from taking photos along the aisle during the ceremony especially when someone is walking down. Also, please be mindful of our hired photographers and videographers so they can do their job well and we can all look back without any photo bombers! :)

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

At this time, we ask our guests to give gifts in monetary form since we are based overseas. Please refer to this website's registry section.

It is until 1:30pm. Please refer to the schedule in this website or to your invitation for additional details.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no transportation provided.
