When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We greatly appreciate if you can RSVP as soon as possible so that we could plan and finalize the details for the event. Please get back to us before Sunday, March 25, 2023. You can RSVP on the website, or simply text, call or email us.

What gifts should I bring?

Answer

Your presence at our ceremony is already a wonderful gift to us. Nevertheless, if you insist, we will appreciate your gifts in traditional Vietnamese red envelopes, Venmo, or Zelle. You can Venmo to @annajoshlove.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You are welcome to arrive from 4:45 PM onwards. The ceremony starts at 5:30 PM. Please avoid arriving after 5:30 PM as we would like to minimize any disruptions to the ceremony. If you must arrive late, please wait outside the ceremony area until the end of the ceremony, and join us afterward.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Since we would like to honor the beauty of nature, please refrain from wearing red, neon, or other striking colors. We are flexible between semi-formal to smart casual. Recommended color: light shades of sage, teal, turquoise, aquamarine, robin egg blue, celeste. You might also want to bring an extra layer as it might get a little chilly at night in the redwoods.

What is the wifi password?

Answer

As we are in the redwoods, your phone might not have service. Fret not! There is free wifi available to all guests throughout the venue. Feel free to use any of the Saratoga Springs Guest network. There is no password.

Is there parking space?

Answer

Yes, the venue, Saratoga Springs, has more than enough parking spots for all guests. There will be professionals there to guide you on where to park and where to head to. Our wedding is at Cathedral Grove.

Is there a limit on drinks?

Answer

We have unlimited house beer (rotating tap), and house wines (Albertoni Merlot & Chardonnay) & soft drinks available to all guests throughout the night. Yay!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! If you have any allergy or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We will work with our caterer and vendors to ensure you have the most fun and safe night celebrating with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We want to you have a lot of fun, and we want to account for everyone in our planning. If we did not include your date in our invitation, please reach out to us and confirm with us if you would like to bring a date :)

Can we take photos and videos with our phones?

Answer

Yes, as long as you make sure the bride and the groom look gorgeous in them ;) We have a professional team that takes photos and videos throughout the celebration. However, if you want to snap some shots and videos from your seats, please feel free to do so, as long as it's not distracting and you don't obstruct the view of other guests. Tag us #annajoshlove

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love kids and we would love to host them at our event. We would request that you RSVP beforehand so we could arrange the logistics (high chairs and meals) for the kids. During the ceremony and reception, please look after your children, avoid making too much disruption to the ceremony, announcements, and speeches. Most importantly, please do not let them consume alcoholic beverages.

There might be another event happening at the same time at Redwood Grove, which is also inside Saratoga Springs. Our ceremony and reception are at Cathedral Grove. Just follow the sign for Anna & Joshua's wedding :)

Transportation booking?

Answer

If you need transportation to and from the wedding venue, please let us know when you RSVP so that we can send you our wedding's special Uber code. We will cover the full costs of 2 trips to and from Saratoga Springs.
