Phototaking & hors d'oeuvre
4:45 pm - 5:30 pm
Please arrive during this time. This is the time for you to take lots of photos with the bride and the groom in the beautiful redwoods, say hellos, and hug your friends. Delicious hors d'oeuvre will be served, there will be a lot of laughters and banters.
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
The bride and the groom will exchange their vows and rings. We would love to request everyone to be seated for the ceremony, put your phone on silent mode, and make sure to give the couple your full attention.
Toast & Speeches
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
We will move to the reception area, which is right next to the ceremony area. The bride and the groom will toast champagne to everyone. The bride's and the groom's parents will give their speeches, followed by key speeches by the key people of the wedding party.
Reception & Dessert
7:00 pm - 8:45 pm
Delicious Vietnamese food will be served in family style, followed by sweet desserts. The bride and groom designed the menu themselves. We can't wait to share this special dinner with you.
First Dance
8:45 pm - 9:00 pm
Join the bride and the groom for a magical moment: the first dance as a couple! Please give them your full attention and clap generously. They have worked hard to bring this first dance performance to you :) They will also dance with their mothers in mother-daughter and mother-son dances!
Fun Games
9:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Please join the bride and the groom in several fun games with attractive rewards. Expect the shoe game, musical chairs, trivia questions, bouquet toss and garter toss. The bar is open tap so please feel free to drink to your fill!
Dance the Night Away
9:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Join the bride and the groom on the dance floor! Dance the night away!!!
Guests Send-off
10:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We call the night at 10pm. Thank you so much for joining and celebrating with us <3
