The tale of Solly & Josh....they met in 2016 through mutual friends (Solly’s roommates) in Denver. Though, Josh likes to say he had a crush on Solly before he even met her! The story: Josh was hanging out at their house while Solly wasn’t there, and he saw her beautiful red road bike and her snowboard, and he was instantly intrigued. From there on out, Josh was crushing hard on Solly. Josh left Denver and Solly stayed, but over the next few years, they would cross paths over instagram DMs (cute), would get updates from mutual friends, and would see each other once every couple years. Solly ended up becoming roommates with Ryan Achtman (their mutual BFF) and Josh would pester Ryan with questions about Solly and if she was single yet. Like we said, he was crushing hard....Then in September 2020, Ryan was planning to move to NYC and Solly and Ryan visited Josh to scout out the city. Sparks were a-flyin’ over those few days, and those two days turned into an extended trip....and the love began. They both like to say that they always knew that their lives would somehow become intertwined. Solly moved to New York in September 2021 and Josh, Solly, and their son (dog) Juneau moved in together! Solly was super intimidated by Josh and Juneau’s relationship, but the three of them quickly formed their new little family. And the rest is history :)
