IMPORTANT: While I know it will be tight timing, check in is at 3:00 and bus will leave promptly at 3:15. I would recommend getting to the hotel by 2:30 to see if an early check-in would be available or call ahead of time. You may want to come dressed and ready!

There will be cut-off dates for our special hotel discount. The 1st cut-off date will occur on 5/2/25 and the 2nd and final cut-off date will occur on 5/30/25. Keep these dates in mind.
