WHERE CAN I GO TO RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP right through here on our website! It is also listed on the back of our invitations. Please RSVP no later than May 17, 2025 but earlier is always appreciated to help us plan out our big day!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony time.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail Hour Attire. Of course please refrain from wearing any white!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we can only accommodate children from our immediate family at our wedding.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting but we do have an inside option if that is the case, followed by a cocktail hour with both indoor and outdoor options. The reception will take place indoors.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

There is ample on-site parking available, and Bluebird staff will direct you where to park.

I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS/ALLERGIES. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO LET YOU KNOW?

Answer

Please feel free to list any dietary restrictions on the RSVP card, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes, we will have beer, wine and spirits.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY TO POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

We would love to have an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. However, there will be a QR code at the reception where you can snap away and share your pictures!

WHEN WILL THE RECEPTION END?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:00 and last call for drinks will be at 9:30.

WILL THERE BE AN AFTER-PARTY?

Answer

POSSIBILITY! Keep your options open after the wedding ;) it will be at the hotel so shuttle transportation will be provided
