Please book taxis in advance as we cannot rely on them being available on the day. This is a popular wedding area so please pre-book transportation if needed. Scroll down to the bottom of the directory for suggestions.
Hotel
For pubs with rooms the 'The New Inn' and 'The Stump' are both near the venue. For other local hotels and B&B’s, please view below. If you're unsure, we can help! We're keeping a log of where people are staying so we can buddy people for Taxi's if necessary.
Hotel
Corinium Tents offers bell tents for hire on site. They take care of every step, from delivery & pitching right through to collection. Everything will be setup ready for you to drop your things and head off to the wedding! Complete the booking form below for more information. Password: stonebarn2025 The barn will be locked at night but the brides room door, to the right of the car park steps, will be left open so campers have access to the toilet facilities. Campers need to have departed by 10am the next day.
Hotel
You can camp at Stone Barn and there is vehicular access to the camping field. The door to the Bride’s room and loos is left open overnight. Campervans and caravans can be parked at the far end of the car park. See the guide below. Shuttle
August 1, 2025 1:00 am
There will be a free party bus lift to and from the venue. Collection will be in Blackbird Leys and Abingdon to arrive at the venue for 8pm (ideal for evening guests) and will return guests at 1am. We will work out the best route for whoever wants this. As there is limited seating, this will be on a first-come, first-served basis so please pre-book your space with Molly (07885782146).
Travel Note
If driving home please remember to turn RIGHT at the top of the drive after 11pm. No cars are allowed to drive through Aldsworth village after this time. Those of you who wish to leave their cars here overnight are welcome to do so. Please make sure that they are parked in the main car park so that they do not obstruct any deliveries in the morning. All cars must be collected by 10am the next day as the gate will be locked after 11am if the barn is not in use.
