Is there Transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Shuttle Service Provided at Home2Suites on July 19! Pick up times: Hotel to Venue - 3:00 pm and 3:10 pm Venue to Hotel or After Party - 10:30pm to 11:00pm After party to Hotel - 12am to the last man standing!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time to enjoy refreshments, find seating, and any last-minute arrangements. Seating for the ceremony will begin at 3:50pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would like to ask guests to dress in Semi-Formal attire. Here’s a quick guide: Women: Floor-length, Mid-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy separates. Men: Dark suits, Sport Coats, and Button Downs. Please refrain from wearing jeans and T-shirts. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone dressed to impress!

Is there Transportation to the After Party?

Answer

Yes, two buses will be arriving after the wedding around 10pm to bring guests to The Crows Nest or back to Home2Suites. Transportation will be provided until 2am.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are 105 parking spots available at the venue, along with overflow parking if needed. Additionally, we will provide a shuttle service that will transport guests to and from select hotels for your convenience.
