We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time to enjoy refreshments, find seating, and any last-minute arrangements. Seating for the ceremony will begin at 3:50pm
We would like to ask guests to dress in Semi-Formal attire. Here’s a quick guide: Women: Floor-length, Mid-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy separates. Men: Dark suits, Sport Coats, and Button Downs. Please refrain from wearing jeans and T-shirts. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone dressed to impress!
Yes, two buses will be arriving after the wedding around 10pm to bring guests to The Crows Nest or back to Home2Suites. Transportation will be provided until 2am.
Yes, there are 105 parking spots available at the venue, along with overflow parking if needed. Additionally, we will provide a shuttle service that will transport guests to and from select hotels for your convenience.
