There isn't one! Please feel free to wear whatever is most comfortable for you, this is a farm party! Bear in mind that this is a working farm with gravel roads, long grass, uneven ground, and (gasp!) dirt. So leave your stillettos and best dress shoes at home and opt for something more appropriate. If you would like to participate in our competitive farm games, be ready to get a little messy! Be aware that, weather permitting, we will be outside for the entirety of the event. April can occasionally be cold and a bit windy, so make sure to bring something cozy.
Guests are asked to arrive at 3:00 to settle in, grab a beverage, and participate in a scavenger hunt and other games. We will do a short ceremony at 4:00 followed by a casual pizza and salad dinner around 5:30. For those brave enough to participate, between dinner and dessert there will be a competitive egg toss complete with prizes. Following dessert is just time to hang out, catch up, and relax. Listen for a cow bell to indicate the start of each event!
Yes, we will have parking attendants to help you find a space at the farm entrance. If you need to be dropped off closer to the festivities due to mobility issues please let them know and they will direct you.
We don't have one! We feel so blessed to spend our special day with those we love best and can't imagine a better gift than your presence. Please, no other gifts.
We invite you to be fully present at our wedding. We therefore ask that there is no cell phone or camera use during the ceremony. We will have two friends who are excellent photographers designated to take photos and will share them after the event.
