When should I RSVP by?

What happens if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

Please be sure to RSVP by the deadline to ensure we have a seat reserved for you. If we do not receive your response in time, we will unfortunately need to mark you as 'not attending.' This is important as we are required to provide an exact headcount to our vendors.

What should I do if I cannot attend the wedding?

Answer

Your presence means so much to us! If you know that you cannot attend our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by indicating 'will not attend' on the RSVP page. If you’ve already RSVP'd but later find out that you can no longer attend, kindly notify Josh or Maria at your earliest convenience.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to comfortably find your seat.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see guests dressed in garden cocktail attire.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask the ladies to refrain from wearing white, beige, ivory, cream, or champagne.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from using electronic devices during the ceremony to keep the atmosphere intimate. Feel free to capture the moments during reception! We will share a QR code at the wedding to use for guests to take pictures.

Are my children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate our marriage with those closest to us. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation.

Will the wedding be located indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception are located outdoors. Dinner will be served under a large wedding tent and the dancing will take place indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar! We want everyone to have a great time, but please remember to drink responsibly and make sure you have a safe way to get home. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
