We have organised accommodation on site, we will reach out with details, including cost.
Yes - think country-formal/garden party! It will be a warm day and a cool night. Options include a button-up long or short sleeve shirt, open collar, no suit jacket - wear what makes you comfortable. Alternatively, cocktail attire is fine and colour is encouraged. The ground can be uneven, so we recommend leaving the stilettos at home. Pack a jacket for night time.
Yes. There is single file parking along Spruce Road. and there will be a sign to indicate where the parking area starts. Errol and Nola will also be able to help to direct you to parking. If there a lot of vehicles and parking extends some distance up into the valley, Errol and Nola can offer a lift back to the cottages in the Can-am SSV.
Yes! There is a Welcome Dinner on Thursday night, breakfast Saturday morning and the fun continues into Saturday night.
Yes, please do! Bring an esky for any drinks, snacks, or meals you plan to have outside of what we’re providing. For those staying in a cabin, there’s a small fridge and freezer available for your use as well as a stove, oven, microwave and cooking utensils. If you're glamping, you might be able to ask one of the cabin folk to help cook-up a meal. BBQ will be available Saturday and Sunday.
At this stage, no, we recommend carpooling or arranging your own transportation. Parking will be available and Errol and Nola will direct you. Should a large number of guests want to stay offsite we can look into booking a bus to drive you back to your accommodation. Please let us know if you would like us to look into this.
We'll be providing - 16th Jan: Welcome Dinner 17th Jan: Reception Dinner & Drinks 18th Jan: Breakfast & Dinner
Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. We will do our best to accommodate!
Your presence is the best present! However, if you wish to give a gift, we will have a wishing well for our *blindingly* bright future together (aka house deposit, honeymoon, a cat for Laura).
Unfortunately, no. We had to perform some serious juggling to keep our invite list manageable.
Sorry, but no. We had to be quite strict with our invite numbers to make everything fit.
As much as we love our furry friends, we have to say no. We’ve already got our hands full managing the guest list!
Wi-Fi is limited at Lewana Cottages, so we recommend planning to disconnect and enjoy the moment. However, there is basic service available if needed.
