Booking Your Stay at the Evangeline: * When the hotel is ready to accept reservations (~ a month) we will send a follow up email with all the necessary details. * Rooms have been pre-selected for each party, due to the hotel's limited capacity. If you have any issue with your room allocation (which will be sent to you via email), please do not hesitate to contact us directly. The Evangeline staff will not be able to change room types without our confirmation, but we'll make sure it's all sorted! We've prioritized onsite accommodations for our out-of-province guests, but there may be room for everyone onsite pending RSVPs. For any guests interested in alternative accommodations, there are a number of nearby options including a variety of AirBNBs, hotels, and inns (but we hope you'll stay with us!): 1. Halifax Airport Vehicle Rentals

If you need one, we strongly recommend lining up your rental vehicle ASAP as they will be in high demand during the summer months. A number of options are available at the Halifax Airport and there's plenty of free parking available at the wedding venue, the Evangeline Motel. We also encourage you to consider carpooling with fellow guests to reduce our wedding's environmental impact.

Travel Note

Airport Shuttle Service

In the event of a rental car shortage or if you'd rather someone else do the driving, there are private shuttle services available to bring guests from the airport to the Annapolis Valley. Consider a group booking if multiple guests might be arriving on the same flight!
