Benjamin Bridge Winery
We stop at Benjamin Bridge for a glass of bubbles just about every time we visit the valley. Its hard to choose a favourite winery, but this one is up there for us.
Gaspereau Vineyards
Gaspereau has a great selection of wines, an awesome patio, lawn games, and gets bonus marks for being a great pit stop on the way to Benjamin Bridge.
Domaine de Grand Pré
Domaine de Grand Pré is one of the oldest wineries in the valley and located just down the street from the Evangeline. They also have an onsite restaurant, Le Caveau and additional guest accommodations at their own Inn.
1365 Church Street Vineyard & Winery
1365 Church Street is small but they make some great wines and if you're lucky you'll be greeted by the owners' super-friendly, tasting room dogs. Awesome patio views.
Blomidon Estate Winery
A little bit off the beaten path, but absolutely worth the drive through Canning to visit Blomidon Estate Winery. Grab a glass and walk down through the vineyard, or post up for a bottle on the patio.
The Church Brewing Co.
Great beers, solid pub food, all wrapped up in a beautifully restored church with an epic patio just minutes from the Evangeline in Wolfville. Whatta ya want, jam on it?
Juniper Food + Wine
Great food (and drink) in a tiny dining room on Main Street in Wolfville. We highly recommend paying them a visit!
Noggins Corner Farm Market
Noggins is a great farm market with tons of local produce, meats, cheeses, baked goods, and crafts. Not to mention a wide range of boozy ciders - try the sparkling pear, Lacey's favourite.
The Lookoff
Do it for the 'gram. Just go - it's worth the picture. Trust us.
Grand-Pré National Historic Site
If you're into history or would like to learn more about the region and town of Grand Pré this is a great pit stop not far from the Evangeline.
