Yoga Class

12:00 pm

Ease into the day with a gentle yoga session to stretch, breathe, and reset. Mats provided—just bring yourself and comfy clothes. Please RSVP if you would like to attend this class so we can get a head count for the final reservation. This event is totally optional. Parking: There is neighborhood street parking available When you arrive: Please come through the gate on the side of the house directly into the back yard.

Beach Day & BBQ

12:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Swimsuits, Shorts, T-shirts, Sandals & Water shoes

Spend the afternoon lakeside with paddleboards, swimming, and a laid-back BBQ. Bathing suits, beach towels, and good vibes encouraged. What to expect: We will be grilling up burgers, hotdogs and sausages from 2:00PM till 5:00PM. We will also have paddle boards, a kayak, etc along side our set up for everyone to enjoy. What to Bring: Please bring anything you will need for the beach with you including: Towels Sunscreen, Water Shoes (The lake can be quite rocky), water bottles, camping chairs and water toys. Also, bring any extra snacks or drinks you may want outside of grilling hours we will have coolers and table space. Just a reminder to keep any alcohol discrete as there is officially no alcohol permitted on the beaches in Tahoe. Parking: Parking will be very limited due to the holiday weekend we strongly encourage all guests to carpool or walk over if possible.

Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Hour and dinner followed by drinks and dancing after the ceremony! Parking: There is NO PARKING at the venue. Shuttles: We will have two van's that will shuttle guests from the ceremony to the reception and then drop everyone back off at the after party. The vans can pick guests up before the ceremony, and at the end of the night if arranged a head of time. Please speak with Josh or Ken to arrange.

After Party

The late night crowd is invited to the Afters at Kathleen's house for late night snacks, drinks and dancing. Parking: There is NO PARKING at the venue. If you do drive we strongly encourage you to car pool to mitigate the amount of cars. Street parking is available on Village Road behind the venue. Shuttles: We will have two van's that will shuttle guests from the ceremony to the reception and then drop everyone back off at the after party. The vans can pick guests up before the ceremony, and at the end of the night if arranged a head of time. Please speak with Josh or Ken to arrange.
