Are my kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only event (aside from those children asked to be in our wedding party). We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time, so you can celebrate with us.

Is there an RSVP deadline?

Answer

There is! Please RSVP by Wednesday, August 6 to let us know if you're able to join us for the fun! The deadline for utilizing the room block at the Marriott is Friday, August 15. The link is https://book.passkey.com/go/hustonmcelronewedding2025 See you there!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. If unsure, please reach out and ask!

Do you have a wedding block?

Answer

Yes! We have a block for Friday (9/12) to Sunday (9/14). The link is https://book.passkey.com/go/hustonmcelronewedding2025 The pricing is $199 a night. Rooms must be booked by 8/15/25 to guarantee pricing and block. There are several hotels in the area for more accommodations.

Where do I park?

Answer

Rehearsal Dinner: There are various lots and street parking near West Side Brewing. Check signage for pricing. Ceremony: There is a small lot at church that is free, please save spots for those that need it most. There are two parking garages ($) within walking distance from church as well. 1111 St. Gregory St. Garage & 1055 St. Paul Pl. Garage Reception: There is both self-parking ($) and valet ($$) at Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter under the hotel. Additional parking garages in walking distance. Check signage for pricing, as most street parking requires payment.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Please make sure to let us know ahead of time regarding any special dietary concerns and we will take care of you!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, there will be time for you to check into your hotel (if necessary) and refresh. There is a bar located in the hotel and several sights to see in the surrounding area. ** Cocktail hour on the atrium of Cincinnati Marriott RiverCenter will begin at 5:00pm- We will be serving light hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a selection of wine, beer and cocktails.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided between the ceremony and reception (aside from the wedding party and their guests). The hotel and reception are at the same location. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the farewell breakfast?

Answer

The farewell breakfast is an optional morning after breakfast to wish the newlyweds well before their honeymoon and your travels! Meal price is NOT included in hotel stay unfortunately. It will be in the hotel restaurant called Mash & Oak. They serve ala carte or breakfast buffet from 630 am - 11 am. Join us to soak up all the fun you have the night before!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Although our wedding is a formal occasion, we want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire! Wear something that lets you dance, celebrate, and enjoy the night with us!

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both events will be indoors and in air conditioning. There is a patio with seating off the reception space to get fresh air if needed.

What is the weather this time of year?

Answer

Generally, Cincinnati is still warm in September. However, there are days of rain and chillier weather (we are still in Ohio lol). Suggest bringing a light jacket if you would like!
