Ashton Hill Farm does have a no-charge Parking lot that can accommodate 50 non-commercial vehicles with a little bit more space up the road for some overflow parking. If you are nervous about getting a parking spot, we’d recommend car-pooling as an extra precaution. If drinking, please arrange a sober driver (DD, Uber, etc.)
The wedding and reception are a Semi-Formal event. Tuxes and Gowns are recommended but guests are allowed to wear suits and cocktail dresses as well! Please be aware that the ceremony is planned to be outdoors. We’d personally recommend bringing a coat/jacket for this portion of the day.
Though we have a lovely pair of photographers at the wedding to capture memories, guests are allowed to capture their own memories on their cameras as well (except during the ceremony). We’d ask that if you post them on social media, that you use the hashtag # so we all can take a look at the fun times too! Additionally there will be a digital Photo Booth at the venue!
There will be an open bar during cocktail hour (4:30pm - 5:30pm). After that, it will transition to a cash bar.
Though the idea of sharing a fun night of food and dancing with your kids would be fun, our Wedding Day is probably a good day to call for a sitter. There will be drinking and party-goers so it might not be best for the littles. Even our Flower Girl and Ring Bearers are going to tuck in for an early night.
Though Ashton Hill Farm does allow pets at the venue, your furry (or not furry) loved ones should stay in the comfort of their homes away from loud music and non-sober partiers. Let them know they’re loved nonetheless.

We have first-come first-served Hotel block at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center. These rooms are available at a reduced rate but will fill up fast! Other hotel options within 15 minutes of the venue include The Doubletree and Holiday Inn. See the Travel tab for more details.
