Asheville has its own airport and Greenville may be closer, but CLT is the second closest major airport and where WE and many of us will be driving from. If caravanning for about two hours is for you, so is CLT Airport.

This will be the closest and easiest airport to fly in to. Time and prices vary but we've checked some flights from major cities and they're fairly comparable. We've never been through this airport so we've got zero tips for you.

Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport

This is technically the closest major airport to Asheville with about an hour and 20 minute drive. We don't know much about this airport either BUT we like Greenville so if a shorter drive does it for you, this is the airport for you.
