Right now, due to covid, we are not able to provide group transportation to either the ceremony or reception location. Please feel free to drive or Uber/Lyft to the location as there will be parking on site. The Omni Grove Park Inn will include free parking for three hours in their garage or has an option for $25 valet parking.
Garage Parking (standard parking rates): Garage Parking is available to day and overnight guests. The first (3) hours are complimentary, 3-6 hours is $13 and 6-24 hours is $18. $18 for overnight guests and day guests to self-park. Pro Tip: The garage is in the Vanderbilt Wing, near the ceremony site. Instead of waiting for the garage elevator, walk to your right to the indoor hotel elevator and have it take you to the main floor to walk down to the Vanderbilt Terrace. Valet (standard parking rates): Guests can drive up to the main entrance at The Omni Grove Park Inn and be assisted by a valet for $25 for overnight guests and $20 for day guests.
We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration so let off some steam with a fun weekend away. We hope you understand!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Formal Cocktail, please. The temperature tends to dip at night in the mountains and if needed, there will be heaters to keep you warm but please dress accordingly.
We ask that out of an abundance of caution and respect for all guests in attendance that you please take a COVID-19 test in the days leading up to the event and not attend if it is positive or if you feel any symptoms. While we know many of our guests have been or will be vaccinated by May 1st, there will be copious amounts of hand sanitizer, mask wearing, social distancing, and test requirements for staff. While there are indoor structures for use, the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors.
