Many couples have sweet, "aww"-inducing stories about how they met, their first date, or how they fell in love. Josh and Eden aren't one of those couples. Neither knows exactly when they met, and they never had an official first date. After years of football smack talk at Purdue University Hillel, a last-minute invite to an Alpha Epsilon Pi formal, and many Fiesta burritos (enchilada-style, of course), Eden and Josh fell into a relationship by accident. Together, they celebrated life through their mutual passions for music, sports, and a constant search for adventure. During a 2015 trip to Eden's hometown of Nashville to see a Wild-Predators matchup. Josh and Eden visited Opryland and tossed coins into a fountain, making silent wishes. Eden wished for a Preds win, and Josh wished to "marry this girl". After two years, including separate study abroad experiences, Josh's first year as a naval aviation student, and Eden's first semester of law school at Boston University, Josh and Eden went back to Opryland. At the fountain, while Eden was wishing for another Preds victory over the Wild, Josh was getting down on one knee. Both wishes came true.
