We're gittin hitched

Dan and Josh met in 2019 when Josh first started his job at American University. A mutual friend invited Josh to Happy Hour where Dan was present. They exchanged pleasantries and started a working friendship, as both were hesitant to explore dating where they worked. Fast forward to January 2020 when Josh decided to move from Silver Spring to DC and happened to apply to the same apartment complex that Dan lived in (The Woodner <3). Their mutual friend encouraged Josh to list Dan as the reference for his application, which Dan happily agreed to. COVID-19 hit not soon after Josh moved in and Josh eventually moved with another friend temporarily to get some social interaction and asked Dan to water his plants. Once Josh moved back, he asked Dan to go to Lyman's (their favorite bar) for a drink as a thank you, which later turned into their first date. 5 years later (to the day), they are now getting married!
