Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We would like everyone to RSVP by November 30th, 2025. You can RSVP on the website or there will be a QR code on the RSVP card you will receive with your invitation. If you have not responded by the date we will unfortunately have to mark you down as 'not attending'. We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please choose 'Will NOT Attend' on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd 'Attending', but find that you can no longer make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

When and where is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, 30th of May 2026 at Castello del Trebbio outside of Florence, Italy. Please be aware that there are TWO different addresses for Castello del Trebbio. Ensure the address is Via di Santa Brigida, 9, 50065 Pontassieve FI, Italy.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will promptly start at 5:00pm. We ask that everyone arrives no later than 4:45pm so that we can start on time.

Will transportation be provided if I am staying offsite?
Answer
We can arrange for a shuttle service to pick-up and drop-off for guests staying offsite. We will need to organise in advance, so please notify us at the earliest convenience. There are no taxi / uber services near the venue.

Where can I park upon arrival?
Answer
Onsite parking is available for guests.
Question
Is there a hotel block or recommended accommodations?
Answer
Yes! Our venue has onsite availability, and if needed we will also be able to help you reserve rooms at a nearby B&B, Tenuta dei Cavalieri, which is approximately 1km away.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we kindly ask no extra guests or plus ones at our wedding. Only those named on your invitation are invited to help us create an intimate celebration with our close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

We have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our theme is Italian Summer Garden Party with formal attire — think light, elegant fabrics and bright colors. We want our guests to feel fresh, festive, and full of la dolce vita! Ladies: Mid-Length or Full Length dresses. Please be cautious with footwear that there are areas with uneven gravel / grass. I recommend block heels, wedges, or flats! Gentleman: Suits (Tie is not required). No jeans, t-shirts, or shorts please!

Answer
Don't forget your passport!!! Please double check and make sure your passport does not expire within 6 months of May 2026 as you will not be permitted to travel abroad. It may take several months for your passport to be renewed, so please plan in advance!

Do I need a converter to use my electronics?
Answer
Yes! Italy uses Type C and Type F plugs, which are standard in many European countries.
