Question

Will there be transpiration provided to & from the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus with space for ~20 guests that will go to & from the venue from the Holiday Inn Express. The shuttle will be leaving the Holiday Inn Express at 4:00pm & leaving the reception at 10:30pm to return guests to the hotel. You can schedule an Uber/Lyft in advance to get to the venue if you are not staying at the Holiday Inn Express. We will also have 3 pre-paid taxis arriving at the venue at 9:30pm to ensure that guests who are not staying at the Holiday Inn Express get home safely.

What are the current New York State COVID-19 regulations for weddings?

Answer

Our wedding will be held in accordance with all CDC and NYS COVID-19 safety guidelines. NYS guidelines as of April 2021 WILL NOT require our guests to provide a negative COVID-19 test nor proof of vaccination to attend. If you are still interested in getting a COVID test prior to the wedding, please get in touch with us and we can provide suggestions for rapid testing locations in Buffalo. Only attendees who are not vaccinated will be asked to wear masks. Un-restricted dancing and mingling is allowed!

How will our wedding venue ensure COVID-19 safety?

Answer

Our venue, Spring Lake Winery, is almost entirely outdoors (indoor bathrooms). The ceremony will take place outside on the property and the reception will be held in a wooden-structured, open-air pavilion overlooking the lake. This set-up is conducive to continuous fresh air flow.
