Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could accommodate all our friends, family and more, but please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your invitation.

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

There is parking at Blackstone Rivers Ranch, but please carpool as much as possible! There will not be the ability to leave your car overnight at the venue. As an alternative, there will be a shuttle leaving from the Comfort Suites Golden West at 3:15pm. There will be limited seating (28 seats) - see Schedule page for details!

Are there hotel blocks available?

Answer

We have hotel blocks at the Comfort Suites Golden West and Denver Marriott West. The Comfort Suites room block needs to be booked by August 9th, and the Marriott needs to be booked by August 13th. Please see the travel tab for more information!

What safety measures will be taken?

Answer

At this time, we are monitoring the COVID-19 regulations. We will have masks available for those who choose to wear them.
