Right now we have a block of rooms at the Madison Marriott South (used to be called Sheraton). Please let us know if you have any trouble booking rooms. There is a free shuttle between the hotel and the venue, on a loop. - Before events: between 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm. - After events: between 9:30 pm and 11:30 pm.

FYI, this hotel was called "Sheraton Madison" when we booked the room blocks, but since that time, they have rebranded as a Marriott. We have room blocks held on Thursday, October 23rd, and Friday, October 24th, at a rate of $149.00/night. You can call to book room, and mention “Joshua Roberson & Rebecca Batty Wedding Oct 2025”. The "View" button below should take you directly to reservations within our block. The hotel requested that guests reserve rooms before 9/24/25.
