Thursday night everyone is invited to a casual meet up/hang out at 5th Quarter Bar and Grill in Verona, in the side room called "Sidelines". We are providing chips and dip, veggies, and meat/cheese trays that will come out at 5pm, and then pulled pork sandwiches and wings will come out at 530. The restaurant's full menu is also available if anyone wants to order themselves different food. We have a private (full open) bar, our favorite bartender Holly, and private bathrooms for our party. The doors between our room and the rest of the bar will be open, so people can go in and out if they want, to play music or participate in the bar's weekly meat raffle, etc. After our room rental is over and the bartender heads back out to the main bar, you can stay and party as late as you'd like. It's an open house style format, so people can arrive and leave whenever they'd like. We won't be having speeches, slide shows, or any other formal programming.
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
General wedding attire, but consider footwear and coats for being outside.
We are planning to get married outside unless it is excessively wet, muddy, or actively raining, even if it's cold. The current weather forecast is a high of 54. Please bring your big coat and anything else you need to be comfortable outside.
4:00 pm - 5:15 pm
Starting at 4:00 we will have veggie trays, fruit trays, and charcuterie trays in the reception venue...and an open bar. :) Our photo booth, audio guest book, and jar of "date ideas for the couple" will all be out and ready for you, as well as an "activities table" of craft supplies/activities....not just for kids! Adults can use them too!

We will start the (buffet) dinner at 530. Cake will be cut and available with the end of dinner. If you're looking for us, we won't be at a head table; the 4 of us are sitting at table #6 in the center of the room, and we've left the extra seats are our table empty so people can come by and chat if they want. As soon as people are done/ready, we will hit the dance floor! We will have a short dance just for the 2 of us, and then we will be opening up the dance floor with party music. We aren't doing any other formal dances or dance activities (spotlight dances with parents or other family members, garter or bouquet toss, dollar dance, etc.).
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
There are a few different things going on Saturday. 10:15 am - Luke and Charlie are playing in their soccer season's championship game at West Middleton Elementary. We will be there, and would love for you to join us if you want to. 9:00 am - Mike and Marlene are hosting a casual open house brunch at their house for anyone who's interested. 1:00 pm - In the afternoon, we are planning to go to Enchanted Valley Acres. It's a fall farm, and everyone is invited. This is a fun opportunity for us to be outside enjoying the fall weather while doing lots of fun activities: ride a big slide, jump on their jump pad, go through a corn maze, eat concession snacks, race tricycles....
