The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport. Just look for the Rep holding Xcaret Hotel sign as you exit the terminal. Remember to email dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com in advance with your arrival date and flight info. 

The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 6AM to 9PM and every hour on the hour from 9PM to 6AM. 

Please make your reservations ahead of time (excursions, restaurants, shuttle services etc.). We cannot stress this enough! It makes check-in more seamless.
